PagerDuty seeks a Director of Performance Marketing with full-stack marketing, creative and analytics expertise to design, strategize and build a digital customer journey. The Director of Performance Marketing will drive the user acquisition strategy of B2B developers, IT and Operations professionals - utilizing digital marketing, virality and existing network effects to continue driving Growth. This is a central leadership role inside PagerDuty’s Growth team and across the org. This position reports to GM of the Growth Business Unit and is based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters.
