PagerDuty seeks a Director of Performance Marketing with full-stack marketing, creative and analytics expertise to design, strategize and build a digital customer journey. The Director of Performance Marketing will drive the user acquisition strategy of B2B developers, IT and Operations professionals - utilizing digital marketing, virality and existing network effects to continue driving Growth. This is a central leadership role inside PagerDuty’s Growth team and across the org. This position reports to GM of the Growth Business Unit and is based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters.
Build and manage a Digital Performance team, responsible for all user acquisition, both paid and organic
Strategize and drive user acquisition plan to meet pipeline goals - utilizing best digital methods and media partners
Build, plan and optimize for Product-led growth (trial, freemium) in user acquisition
Work alongside Web, UI/UX, Creative, Engineering in a rapid iteration “sprint” environment - reimagining our acquisition and expansion of accounts
10 yrs experience in digital marketing and user acquisition
Depth and expertise working with trial/freemium acquisition
Hands-on skills using data to drive decisions – proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, BI systems
High intellectual curiosity, drive, determination, self-confidence and persuasion skills.
