As an HR Generalist:
You’ll be a partner and frontline point of contact to employees, managers, and leadership providing HR support with openness, empathy, and a bias towards action.
Plant, nurture, and champion our culture, values, and mission as we scale up our new office location in Lake Mary
During periods of hypergrowth, you’ll leverage a deep understanding of our products and business to act like an owner and deliver on people strategies that keep Robinhood moving forward
Implement and execute people programs across all stages of the employee life cycle including onboarding, compensation, performance reviews, culture initiatives, benefits, diversity & inclusion, operations, and more
Collaborate across functions, sites, and teams to develop data-driven people strategies that solve complex organizational challenges.
Some things we consider critical to being an HR Generalist:
Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of HR experience
Previous experience building up regional offices preferred, or tech-startup experience.
Familiarity with HR best practices and Florida employment laws.
Experience partnering, building trust, and strong working relationships with managers and leaders.
Ability to thrive in fast paced environments; you embrace ambiguity and enjoy organized chaos
Scrappy and resourceful; able to solve complex problems independently with minimal to no guidance
You can think on your feet but have enough humility to ask questions; you’re a fast learner
