As a Data & Analytics Product Manager, you will lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Blend’s data infrastructure, reporting, and tools that empower every Blend employee and our customers to leverage data and measure success of their respective domain. You will be the lead advocate for the importance of data and foster a data-driven culture. You will be responsible for having a deep understanding of the key business drivers to Blend’s success and ensuring other Product Managers have the appropriate resources and tools to measure the impact of new feature launches and ongoing product health metrics. You will interface closely with Blend’s customers to understand their business needs and develop a roadmap to support external tools and reporting that gives them a deep level of understanding about their business.
