Blend is seeking a Deployment Lead Manager to join our client operations organization and lead a team of Deployment Leads.

Responsibilities

    • Responsible for leading a team of deployment consultants and staffing on the range of Blend client engagements
    • Accountable for supervising delivery of new client rollouts of the Blend platform, additional improvements, and other project engagements
    • Manage and grow the existing team to successfully scale with the volume and growth of sales and complexity of Blend’s technology and evolving product
    • Drive the Blend’s client delivery and on-boarding strategy, implementation process and overall performance
    • Partner with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Account Management to solution and scope client engagements

Requirements

    • 5+ years senior operations/delivery experience in large, well-regarded enterprises
    • Capable of communicating a value proposition and delivery model to senior executives in large, multi-year deal pursuits
    • Capable of serving as a subject matter expert in finalist presentations to drive deals to closure
    • Strong engagement shaping and scoping abilities
    • Strong project governance and scope control skills
    • Well versed in developing and delivering on SLAs/KPIs committed to in contracts
    • Must possess knowledge and understanding of how to build a world-class operations infrastructure including shared services
    • Consistent track record of delivery on multiple large scale contracts on a national scale
    • Experience in selling and delivering to financial institutions is a plus
