Blend is looking for a someone to join the Business Development team to focus on identifying and executing growth opportunities, to drive key business initiatives and build long term value across customers, partners, and markets. The ideal candidate must enjoy applying new technologies and data to identify areas of value and deliver solutions to partners.
As Blend’s first people analytics hire you will play an essential role in aligning Blend’s people processes and programs with our data-driven culture. You will use data, intuition and leadership to provide insight into our people practices and help shape and execute Blend’s talent strategy. You will be responsible for leveraging existing systems and sources of data, as well as develop new ones, to help guide and influence leaders toward effective management and leadership practices. In this role, you will have an opportunity to shape the People Analytics strategy to deliver important insight, and drive meaningful change to Blend’s most important asset, our employees.
