Blend is looking for a someone to join the Business Development team to focus on identifying and executing growth opportunities, to drive key business initiatives and build long term value across customers, partners, and markets. The ideal candidate must enjoy applying new technologies and data to identify areas of value and deliver solutions to partners.

    • Learn and maintain a deep technical understanding of the Blend platform
    • Distill a partner’s key business objectives, capabilities, and technical needs to understand areas of value
    • Consult with leading industry partners to diagnose complex problems and develop compelling data-driven partnerships and solutions
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build consensus and execute on recommended solutions
    • Partner closely with Product, Client Operations, and Engineering


    • 3+ years relevant work experience in technology, sales and/or consulting
    • Ability to think creatively about applying data and technology to solve business problems
    • Ability to develop and implement business plans, and ultimately execute all aspects of the plan
    • Proven history of an ability to initiate, cultivate, and grow relationships cross-functionally
    • Successful track record of negotiating complex agreements and contracts
    • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and efficiently
    • Independent, flexible and can thrive in an unstructured environment
    • B.S./M.S.
    • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
